At Agora, we work fully remote. This is because we believe talent is equally spread around the world but opportunity is not. If you are talented and have wifi connection, we want to work with you— no matter where you live.

Here are our expectations for remote work:

• We are task oriented and results driven.

• We are extremely intense.

• Employees can choose their own work hours. That said, things up come up. You must be responsive from 9 am - 5 pm EST.

• Employees communicate well via Slack and Email.

• Keep your calendar up to date and visible for everyone to see.

• Work hard and enjoy your life.

• If you’re on vacation, mark it on your calendar and set an out of office message.
