Decision Making

We have a framework for decision making. Every decision made at the Agora falls into 1 of the following 3 categories. It’s our job as a team to communicate which category each decision falls into.

• Democratic: We all come together as a team and make a decision together. This typically is decided by a majority vote.

• Republic: We empower managers to make decisions on behalf of the organization.

• Dictatorship: Our CEO, Param Jaggi, makes a decision on behalf of the organization.
